A SIX-STRING CLASSIC
TRUE-TO-NATURE TWANG
ELECTRIC VINTAGE delivers the iconic sound of one of the world's most versatile electric guitars, captured from an original, late-50s model built in the USA. It combines a powerful, playable engine with an enormous library of strummed patterns, picked arpeggios, and riffs – for practically unlimited creative combinations suited to everything from contemporary pop to rock, funk, dance, hip-hop, and film soundtracks.
THE GUITAR
One of the most ubiquitous shapes in modern music history, ELECTRIC VINTAGE captures the distinctive twang and tone of its two single-coil pickups in a rare early USA model. Guitars only get better with age, and every nuance of this beautiful example was made to shine through high-end vintage pre-amps and cutting-edge converters during studio recording sessions.
FINE TUNE YOUR TONE
Select and blend pickups, mix in a little condenser mic for added clarity and punch, and dial in the vintage-modelled tone control. Adjust timing or tuning accuracy, and add fret noise or amp hiss to create true-to-life session guitarist sound that can be sent through an expanded collection of stompboxes, modulation effects, five amps, and 10 cabinets. Add the final polish with high-grade vintage compressor, studio EQ, reverb, and delay emulations – all within the instrument. Create your own effects from scratch or get inspired by the extensive library of included sound presets.
PICK YOUR PATTERNS
With 231 patterns, ELECTRIC VINTAGE delivers an extensive library across a diverse range of playing styles – combining strummed, open, and muted chords, riffs, arpeggios, harmonics, pinch harmonics, reversed patterns, glissandos, dead notes, and more. Use keyswitches on your controller to create unique rhythms, and build your own combinations from the pattern browser. The integrated Rhythm Finder makes it easy to search for patterns by rhythm and playing style.
PERFECT YOUR PERFORMANCE
Switch between finger and plectrum picking, adjust muted note decay, and play in higher or lower fret positions to move between warmer and brighter, open-string sounds. An expanded range of performance controls make ELECTRIC VINTAGE intricately tweakable for nuanced playing: Switch up voicings, use vibrato and pitch bends, or add slides, mutes, and stops for true-to-life performances. The engine takes care of authentic transitions, repetitions, and adding hammer-ons and pull-offs for realistic, dynamic playing.
TWO INSTRUMENTS IN ONE
ELECTRIC VINTAGE includes two dedicated instruments – one for strummed chords, riffs, and arpeggios, and the other for combining patterns with your own melodies to create cohesive performances from scratch. Together they cover a huge spectrum of playing styles and articulations that wrangle the very best from this classic electric guitar.
