What does this tool do?
This tool imports and exports Output Arcade's Library Content. This
tool must be used to import our Library Content as Arcade has a .db
file which needs to be modified for the content to be recognized.

! REQUIRES THE LATEST VERSION OF JAVA TO WORK !

MAC USERS YOU MIGHT NEED TO SUDO THE APP FOR IT TO WORK PROPERLY!

PASTE THIS IN THE TERMINAL:

sudo java -jar "[Location of flare-arcade-1.0.0.jar]"

EXAMPLE:

sudo java -jar "/Users/name/Desktop/flare-arcade-1.0.0.jar"

    • Does not work in windows 10. Even with updated Java installed !!! Why not make a exe file do do it ????

    • How on God's green earth do you get this damn .jar file to open in Windows??????? The .txt file is pretty much useless and doesn't explain anything. Help!!!!!

      the flare utility doesnt work for me, even if i follow the steps one by one...

    • Please I know there must be a better way to install this library as this tool is useless, I've tried everything and still no go as far as installing the library has anyone got this to work.

    • Here is the fix. Took me a day and a half haha.

      Uninstall any Java you have from your computer. Download the dev kit, from this link.

      https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/downloads/#jdk20-windows You have the option for MacOS too. Install that properly. Double click and yes :)
