  Patch only then becomes activated
  
  After this update FL Studio always crashes if I want to "delete" Omnisphere or replace it with another instrument. Annoying!

- Just incase anyone else has any issues running this on Mac. (I'm on 10.12) Using the same download as above. Here are the detailed steps I did.
  [Installing]
  1 I manually mounted the ISO files. I copied and merged the STEAM folders into /Library/Application Support/Spectrasonics
  2 I opened terminal at /Library/Application Support/Spectrasonics (you can just drag the Spectrasonics folder onto it in the dock and it will open at the right directory)
  3 run chmod -R 777 ./* this will recursively change the permission of every file and folder under Spectrasonics to have read & write for all users
  4 Run the package install
  5 Run the package update & merge the update STEAM files
  [Patching]
  1 Create a tmp folder on your desktop or where ever
  2 Copy the Omnisphere vst and component to this tmp folder (located in /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST/Omnisphere.vst /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/Omnisphere.component)
  3 In the tmp folder right click the vst file -> "show package contents"
  4 Move /Contents/MacOS/Omnisphere to the root of the tmp folder
  5 Run the keygen.exe provided with the torrent (you can run this on mac too. http://freaktorrents.net/threads/keygen-app-os-x-2016-0-dada.2892/ )
  6 Click patch and select the Omnisphere file you just copied to the root of the tmp folder. -> Successfully patched
  7 Move this patched file back to /Contents/MacOS/Omnisphere and delete the Omnisphere file on the root
  8 Repeat for the component
  9 Move these patched vst and comp files back to to their original location (step 2). If prompted, chose to replace or overwrite.
  [Running]
  1 Open your DAW
  2 Start an instance of Omnisphere
  3 Copy the challenge code into the keygen and past the response code back in.
  4 Restart your DAW and Omnisphere should be up and running.

  @Hary Thanks for trying, but i don't understand you're step by step.
  I have a legit omnisphere 2 version installed from a friend licence, but he lives now in another country, so to update i need this version.
  
  This DL gives 3 folders (MAC) containing:
  - Omnisphere_Patch_Library_Update_2_5_0c
  /Steam
  /Mac/ Omnisphere Data Updater.pkg
  
  - Omnisphere_Software_Update_Mac_2_5_0d
  /Software Update.pkg
  
  - Omnisphere_Soundsource_Library_Update_2_5_0c
  /Mac/ Omnisphere 2 Data Updater.pkg
  /Steam
  
  And a R2R Keygen (found in the Keyscape DL, not this one)
  I can't find any nfo or install note to know what i should do to make it works.
  
  What should i start to do? Install Software update? What to do with which folder or file?

- I m running Omnisphere on Mac Osx 10.14.2 Mojave... I updates Omnisphere to 2.5.1d 64 bit successfully. Omnisphere Soundsources 2.0.1c and Omnisphere patches v2.0b1. I am trying to update Soundcore Library to 2.5.0c from this file package but during the install its giving msg as "Ready for next volume - Please insert" . What am I doing wrong? Why I can't update soundcore library to 2.5.0c? Any help appreciated. Thank you

- A big thanks to hary!!! Finally after spending at least 8 hours today trying various approaches got it to work!! It is a simply awesome instrument. Ok, some tips that worked for me...
  1) Basically I followed hary's instructions to the letter
  2) I used Keka to extract all 8 iso files to my desktop then used Ditto command in Terminal to merge files.
  3) when presented with the "Caution STEAM Folder not found. Would you like to locate it?", I went back to the Macintosh HD path and it found it through that path.
  Now working perfectly and I am cock-a-hoop! Peace and love to all

  Just one precision : to run the ".exe" keygen on your mac, you need to download a bottle programm something like winebottler or crossover :-) just in case it is not clear enough...God bless you all

- Is anybody else overwhelmed with how many files need to be mounted/extracted/installed?
  
  There is 8 folders with up to 80 "dyn-somni2d" .RAR files in each folder.
  
  Is there an easier way to do this? This would literally take me hours if not days to do (my biggest fear is doing all this work and it not working (If someone can link me to a working keygen that would be amazing as well)
  
  Am I uninformed about an easier way to install this?
  
  I'm on the latest MAC 10.15.3
  
  Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. I'm broke and on quarantine
