we learned my workflow and organization last month, now this month we use pre-curated sounds in my library to quickly create a DJ tool / set weapon.

by curating your presets, sound design you've made, and downloaded sample packs, you can quickly form playable ideas in less than an hour.

i don't always work like this - but this workflow tends to be great for getting club tunes done, and if you make a few of them a week, i'm sure some of them can develop to be great.

if you're not a great sound designer, choosing good sounds from other libraries can work just fine. i prefer to go back later and sound design things from scratch and try to beat the quick picks - you'd be surprised how many times the ideas you chose quickly stick though.
