Fractiv opens a new world of sound manipulation possibilities that go far beyond what is possible with traditional insert effects. At the heart of Fractiv is a buffer engine that captures (or loads) incoming audio, holds it, and lets you freely manipulate and reshape it.

Fractiv makes audio feel like sonic putty in your hands. Because audio is captured in a visual buffer, you can scrub through it in real time – moving forwards, backwards, looping, stacking, and layering on itself. It lets you freely mold, bend, and shape your sound in any way you can imagine.

Fractiv is designed to get you fast results. With just a few clicks you can have a reversing varispeed pitch shifter controlled live from the XY pad or driven by an LFO. No complex setups, no tedious button mapping. Just instant results.

It's a sound designer's dream tool. Instead of editing hundreds of micro details on a timeline by hand, Fractiv saves you time by quickly creating complex chop effects, granular slicing, formant shifting, volume envelopes, and more.
SLICE AND STRETCH
Fractiv's XY pad lets you scrub through a sound while simultaneously adjusting both grain size and position. This precise, hands-on control unlocks entirely new sonic possibilities. Fractiv's LFOs can also be set to “link” mode, dynamically matching the LFO frequency to the grain size, opening the door for you to completely reimagine sounds.
PRESETS
Fractiv makes it fun to transform your sounds using the built-in factory presets. Scan through them to discover new ways to twist and transform your sound, and unlock the unique elements hidden inside your samples.
MIDI CONTROL
Fractiv loads as an effect, but it can also be played like a synth or sampler. It has an on-screen keyboard to trigger samples via MIDI keyboard or drum pad, and all controls can be mapped to your MIDI device for live tweaking.
