“From Blank Project To Full Composition” is a snappy and straight to the point workshop that will help you overcome writer’s blocks, speed up your melody writing, and improve the quality of your themes, and turn them into better tracks.

We tackle common issues such as:

- Not having an idea where to begin when looking at a blank project,
‍- Not knowing if a motif or idea is good enough to turn into a full melody
‍- Not knowing how to turn an idea into a full melodic structure
‍- Not knowing how to create an engaging theme that doesn’t feel formulaic
‍- Not knowing how to structure your compositions
‍- Being stuck with a melody not knowing how to use it in a full composition form

The Workshop Outline
In the first hour we explore different methods on how to come up with a simple yet effective melody (theme).

In the second hour we explore different composition structures for our ideas.

‍In the third hour we apply harmony to our simple melodic ideas that will shape them into different moods (for example making a melodic idea sound triumphant, emotional, happy, etc just with the use of harmony)‍

Goal: Help you conquer the fear of looking at a blank project, giving you mental tools to come up with great melody ideas, and frameworks for turning these ideas into full compositions
