Updated application framework to JUCE 8

Other minor fixes and improvements
- Adding a fail safe mode to load internal graphics. This is a requirement of sandbox
safe plug-ins so that they can be loaded and functioning from a single component-
or VST file without referencing external files. in case Library installation dir not found
- Added drag&drop key file (installs key on drop, to plugin path)
- Adjusted gain in Model 2 and 3 engines, gain was too high causing resonance to be-
diminished.
- Added icon to stand-alone executable (again)

As exception a personal Taste, cause i feel must note the following: This has b
een mentioned often, but it's not getting any better... I'm emphasizing the following to
avoid confusion or even blaming the error on me. Audiorealism is still plagued by vers
ion chaos; it's inconsisent, depending on what you're looking at. This is the case again-
here, and it's never improving. Therefore, I've decided to use the version number that
appears most frequently, which differs from the one on their news page (3.3.5.1 - whic
h should be the relevant one). It's version 3.3.5.2 ( MY not wanted decision)
based on what's Version shown most at Various ABL corners:
News Online : 3.3.5.1
Download Installer : 3.3.5.2
ABL3 AboutWindow : 3.3.5.2
Setupheader : 3.3.5
So that's reason why the Version, here in the Header is what is is!
... aeh bored? hey *hold on* it goes on with: Similar also with the Beta state, cause for real
you get with this again the latest beta from the official ABL-Download without any Beta-No
tes (The Beta-Version usually only aviable from theire Forum and the latest Stable from the official Main-Page. SHORT: HOW EVER - ONEthing is certain, no matter how yo
u look at it: THIS is the latest (april-01, i'll wait till yesterday) now available version of ABL3!
