A Turkish vocal sample pack is a set of cleared vocal recordings sung in Turkish, cut so they can be dropped into a beat without clearance paperwork. MIRA is one, with 262 sounds in four categories: adlibs, construction kits, loops and one shots. The files are 16 and 24-bit stereo WAV, and each one carries its BPM and key in the filename, so a loop labelled 97 BPM Am is already in a state your DAW can time-stretch and your ear can check against the beat.
Adlibs and phrases ship in dry and wet versions, which matters because a wet file arrives with someone else's reverb attached and a dry one lets you match the room to your own track. MIRA is organised into four folders, and they are four different jobs rather than four sizes of the same thing.
Adlibs are the short answers: a word, a breath, a phrase that lands between lines. They ship dry and wet, so you can either take the finished space or build your own.
Construction kits are full song starters delivered stem by stem. You get the parts separately, which means you can keep one and throw the rest away rather than rebuilding somebody else's arrangement.
Loops are the longer melodic and rhythmic vocal phrases, each labelled with its BPM and key so it drops into a project already in the right place.
One shots are single hits: one syllable, one cut, one sound you can map across a keyboard or slice into a new phrase entirely.
