From light bouncing funk beats swimming between percussion layers to heavy 4-on-the-floor sampled dance beats the drums are the lifeblood of the genre. Using a combination of modern and vintage drum kits, drummer/producer Ian Maciak recorded this with the goal to create a plethora of classic grooves, attention grabbing rhythms, and mesmerizing textures that will separate your tune from the rest.
