Sounds of Metronix is the first installment of a new series of sound packs by DC producer LJ MTX. Volume 01 - Drums & Percussion is comprised of 54 total samples. 26 are foley-recorded sounds including: claps, snaps and various percussion. Also included are 14 of his favorite kick drums, plus 14 cymbals.

My name is LJ MTX from Washington, DC and I have been producing Electro and Progressive House since 2008. Sample packs have always been an essential part of my production and have aided me in creating countless chart smashing singles and remixes over the course of my music career. Like many producers, I have hard drives filled with my own song ideas that never fully took shape. So rather than load several gigabytes of aimless loops and samples that no one will ever have time or the patience to sift thru, I’ve decided to launch a series of starter packs called “Imma Let You Finish” (step aside Beyoncé). Each volume includes a royalty-free original song pack, of my own creation, that I want YOU to finish.
