The Rucker Collective is a library collection by producer, Motif Alumni and family. The tenth volume "Newton's Law" consists of 12 samples. Without motion, sound ceases to exist.

Utilizing anything that is handed to him, these collections are made with vintage instruments ranging from Rhodes Mark II, ARP Odyssey, Moog keyboards, Crumar Performer, Guitars, Drums, etc. Everything is authentically made to give you that feel like you are pulling a classic gem out of your wall except you don't have to worry about getting it cleared!

Heartsick Vol. 1 gets you 700+ megabytes (uncompressed) of big ballads backed by boom-bap bombast, with a special focus on mid-tempo yearning and soaringly dreamy arpeggios. Heartsick’s yin-yang push-pull between major and minor tonalities is the secret to its bittersweet, mixed-emotion atmosphere, and its contemporary R&B vibe will lift you up into elation just to gently lay you down again. (Sound familiar? Well, happy Valentine’s Day.) Oh, and it turns out that the best way to pull one’s heartstrings is with, well... strings. And you’ll get a lot of both analog- and synthesized-sounding string loops here. Plus pianos and harps and 808s, ya big softie.

Euphoric Apex goes hard, true to the spirit of Ibiza-class Progressive and Big Room House DJs and producers of both yesteryear and today. Glissando supersaw leads and fist-pumping dancehall crescendos lift you waaaaaaay up—only to give way to relentless, sidechained, four-on-the-floor kicks.

Beauty and the East is all about bringing seemingly disparate cultures together through sound. Bionic, vintage drum machine beats are backed up by organic, really vintage far-east wooden percussion. You’ll hear classic Moog-like monophonic synth strings harmonizing with the highly polyphonic 21-string sitar. Beauty and the East is what it sounds like if you were to just drop a whole borough of Jaipur into the heart of Detroit, or if you put the Higashiyama District somewhere on the northside of downtown Atlanta. Calypso is one of the longest-standing genres in the Caribbean. Its festive sound originating in Trinidad and Tobago was made famous by The Mighty Sparrow, whose recordings featured instruments ranging from drums and percussion to horns and synths. The genre is most notably a precursor to soca, and an influencer of many other genres in the Caribbean like kompa, cadence, ska, and reggae. Paradise features 15 melodic loops and 15 drum loops of authentic calypso played by musicians Matthew Smythe and Bendji Allonce, mixed by Andrew Miller. We feature vintage synthesizers to mimic the Mighty Sparrow sound of the '80s, and real horns to bring each loop to life. There's also a gang of drum and melodic one-shots to supplement the loops.
