ROLI Studio Drums is a new MPE drum engine, featuring 15 kits and 240 individual drum parts that can be swapped out to build your desired kit. With a Lightpad Block, you can achieve expressive control over each drum sound; add embellishments and modulate the sound of each pad using MPE gestures and macro controls.

For these sessions he came to the studio with 6 horns on his back (including a baritone sax) and played all the arrangements for each perfectly. He also makes quick work of trumpets, trombones, saxophones, and anything else he could find. The pack we put together from his performances is full of horn stabs and serenades, sliced up and processed through characterful analog gear to optimize their soulful punch.
