Paying homage to the originators of sample based hip-hop and the records that inspired them. We recorded live performances with pro players including vintage upright pianos, muted jazz club trumpets, soulful guitars and moody double bass. These original compositions were polished, mixed and mastered and then resampled and re-imagined creating a complimentary collection. Dripping in nostalgia and all royalty free.

This collection includes a wide range of inspiring sounds including experimental leads, moody evolving pads, resonant bass and analogue style poly-synths. Designed by Yvng Face, all presets were built from scratch featuring custom recorded and created wavetables, and taking full advantage of Serum's macro controls.

Wavey Metals & Mallets - Trap Melodies explores the contemporary melodies of trap and rap, featuring pitched, glitched and lo-fi compositions. Experiments with physical modeling synthesis, sampled percussive metal instruments, FM synths and lo-fi toys.

Created in collaboration with Arthouse Acoustics, we recorded live upright pianos, dusty trumpet stacks, melancholy guitars and moody double bass. Blending the time-honored motifs of crackling vintage Latin vinyl with the sounds of grindhouse cinema.

Flute Loops: Stacks & Melodies delves into the unique world of twisted air-blown sounds and resampled synthetic woodwind. Flutes are the earliest known instruments, dating back to prehistoric man, and have lately gained popularity as a left-field lead sound found in modern trap, rap and hip-hop production. Discover an exploration of contemporary melodies, soulful funk rhythms and classic emotive compositions.

Chop Shop: Resampled Soul Stacks plays the role of the crate digger to its companion pack Chop Shop: Vintage Soul Stacks, created in collaboration with Arthouse Acoustics. Taking full influence from the nostalgic sounds of cinematic soul music and vintage rhythm & blues featured in Vintage Soul Stacks, we took these true-to-era samples and chopped and re-processed to create inspiring melodic loops and boom-bap style soul loops. Modern inspiration coated in vintage warmth and saturation.

These influences shine though in hits from Kendrick's 'King Kunta' to 'Bruno's 24k Magic'.

A purveyor of lucid sounds, French producer, Chloé Herry is a worldly and rhythmic figure in the electronic music atmosphere. Best known as CloZee, this Toulouse dwelling producer awakens the wanderer within.
