Mikron Phaser was modeled after the legendary Small Stone Phaser, a stomp box effect designed by one of our all-time heroes: David Cockerell. The effect was made particularly famous by the French composer Jean Michel Jarre who used it extensively on his recordings as a synthesizer effect. But of course it was used by countless legendary bands on guitar as well. The Police, Led Zeppelin, do we need say more? If you ask us, Small Stone Phaser is without doubt the best phaser ever made.

Mikron Orbiter was modeled after the effects of the Eminent 310 Unique electronic organ: chorus, tremolo and ensemble. Of which the ensemble effect is by far the most famous, in large part because it is not only the Eminent Unique that uses it. The strings of the Eminent organ were such a hit with musicians at the time that the ensemble section was reused to form the core of the Solina String Ensemble (rebranded in the United States as the ARP String Ensemble). A smart move.

With Mikron Reverb you can beam your music into the right atmosphere in a heartbeat. This colorful, stompbox inspired plugin is the little brother of our widely acclaimed Redline Reverb. It has the same warm and lush, 'lexicon-ish' sound, but a completely different mode of operation. In Mikron Reverb the majority of the parameters of Redline Reverb are hidden behind just a few intuitive knobs. It incorporates an intelligent algorithm that determines the ideal settings for those parameters for a wide variety of room characteristics.

Mikron Delay has been inspired by the classic bucket brigade delays and tape delays of the past. We haven't tried to emulate one of those classics in particular, but tried to capture the essentials of these devices that make them sound so incredibly fantastic. Instead of making the perfect emulation of one specific device that we admire, we made a 'flexible vintage delay': to give you the opportunity to use all the cool 'tricks' of those old machines to create your own old school tape or bucket brigade delay.

Mikron Crusher gives you an easy way to add a little of the charm of the samplers from the 80s by reducing bit depth and sample rate. 'Wabi-sabi' as the Japanese call it: a small imperfection will make something much more interesting. Or use it to destroy your sound completely, if that's more your cup of tea. Destruction can be definitively constructive, we would say. The controls are simple, the algorithm behind it isn't.

Mikron Compressor is an easy to use compressor that can go from very transparent to warm and powerful. It has the same high quality sound as its big brother Big Blue Compressor. But its mode of operation has been compressed into only a few intuitive knobs. However, don't let the looks deceive you. Despite its apparent simplicity the plugin still offers a great amount of flexibility. With shorter attack times the sound will be very clean and smooth. Longer attack times in combination with the Choke knob will let you achieve vintage tube compressor style coloration.

Mikron Chorus was inspired by the Juno chorus, the chorus effect found in the Roland Juno synthesizer as well as the Boss/Roland chorus pedals from the 70/80ies. It has the same signal routing as the Roland/Boss CE2, and the spectral characteristics of its bucket brigade delay chips, but without the noise that always accompanies bucket brigade delays. Mikron Chorus has the same ease of use as the pedals it was inspired by, with just a few handy extra features. Where the CE2 only had adjustable rate and depth. Mikron Chorus adds adjustable delay time, feedback and mix. This gives you not only more flexibility, but makes it also possible to use Mikron Chorus as a flanger by dialling in shorter delay times, and adding feedback. Last, but not least there is the stereo mode that you can use to give the chorus extra spaciousness.

Mikron Cascade is the perfect tool to create atmospheric, ambient and drone soundscapes. It diffuses any sound input into a lively, lush, warm 'sound cloud'. The fine-tuned delay models are specifically designed to create organic cinematic atmospheres. A little detuning of the source material can build up interesting tensions. Play around with the density setting to go from distinct reflections to colored noise. Or freeze the input to build up resonating sounds.

With the second release in our Anthology series we are focusing on the sound of classic Roland gear from around the 90s including analog synthesizers like the Roland Juno and JX as well as the digital D50 and JD800.

Afraid of the Dark is a library of frightening patches for Omnisphere 2 that will help you add some serious scare to your music. The library contains 135 patches and 30 multis. The patch library's primary focus is on subtle horror, and it will find a nice home with film, TV, and game composers writing in the horror/thriller genre. The patches are quite dark, quite tense, and sometimes very disturbing.

A new incarnation of our Baltic Shimmers library which now shines in Spectrasonics Omnishpere synthesizer. This library contains 1.5 Gb of original samples, which were inspired by the sea. There are 144 Omnisphere patches based on organic sounds: sea, birds, acoustic and electric musical instruments. All 144 sound sources are available inside Omnisphere to be used, repurposed and become a foundation of even more original sounds made by You. These sounds were designed to be used in film or game underscore, but they can find their way into almost any genre.

Our goal for creating this library was to first record custom patches we created with our Behringer Neutron semi-modular synthesizers (which we love very much!) From there, we imported the samples into Spectrasonics's Omnisphere 2.6 which is where we could realize our vision with the samples we crafted. In the end we have 197 Patches and 125 new samples to present you for Omnisphere 2.6.
