Totally underrated monster of an amp. The clean channel is almost an exact clone of an AC30 (with an optional boost) and the lead channel is almost 1:1 a JCM800 2203. It has no bright cap in the circuit, and the tone stack has a small tweak which lowers the bass frequency to a deeper position. There is also an optional gain stage added before the circuit, and a resonance switch which changes negative feedback (like going between a 2203 and 2204).

An iconic amp and possibly the most underrated from the product line. It's very similar to the original 5150 design, with some subtle tweaks to tighten up the front end. It's more articulate and upfront, but just as monstrous and massive sounding. I think this might well be my favourite variant of 5150's - it's more natural and bigger sounding than the newer EVH line, and not quite as loose as the original 5150.
