H3000 Filtered Delay Bank. Bolster Your Imagination. Imagine if you could take any sound, separate it by frequency bands, change the filter type, and then individually process those bands with delays. The H3000 Band Delays plug-in is derived from the H3000 Harmonizer® studio processor. This unique plug-in is capable of everything from standard delays and filtering to stereo-widening and killer rhythmic effects.

Iconic H3000 Pitch Shift, Delay, and Modulation. Recreating a Legend. The H3000 Factory is a re-creation of several key algorithms from the H3000 Ultra-Harmonizer® effects processor. The plug-in provides a convenient modular interface to combine up to 18 effects blocks together in a practically limitless number of configurations. It offers pairs of sweepable delays, pitch shifters, filters, mixers, amplitude modulators (or VCAs), and an assortment of modulation sources including two low-frequency oscillators, envelope generators, and more.

The Instant Flanger, released in 1975, was designed to simulate true tape flanging. Flanging first became popular in the 1960s when recording engineers discovered that they could mix the output of two tape machines, one running slightly slower than the other, and get a cool new effect. As its time-delay circuit produced many more “nulls” and offered a much deeper flanging effect than anything previously available, the Instant Flanger became widely used on many legendary recordings. If you've ever listened to Led Zeppelin's “Physical Graffiti” album, you've heard its legendary sound.

In 1971, studio racks held pre-amps, EQs, limiters, compressors, and little else. It was a pre-electronic effect era. Before 1970, nearly all studio 'tricks' were achieved electro-mechanically using tape machines. The Instant Phaser was one of the first dedicated electronic effects units and producers/engineers put it to use in subtle ways to create stereo images from a single source and to create swept comb filter effects similar to, yet distinct from, tape flanging.
