For this pack we recorded our trusty 1982 Roland TR-808 through an Ampex 440 1/4" tape machine from the 70's. First we ran each sound at a nice clean level through the tape machine to just give you a taste of the warmness it provides and then we hit it hard into the red for a saturated sound on each of the one-shots.
