RADIOACTIVE PIANOS FROM THE CHERNOBYL EXCLUSION ZONE
PRIPYAT Pianos is a sound museum, created 33 years after a massive man-made disaster that has affected hundreds of thousands of lives.
We’ve found and recorded 20 instruments in various parts of Pripyat that are of different levels of preservation and functionality. This amount of instruments was necessary to create a tool suitable not only for sound design, but also for writing compositions.

WondaGurl is a waterfall of inspiration. She's the only black female producer to be Grammy-Nominated for work on other people’s albums and the youngest black female producer to go platinum. She produced Rihanna’s “Bitch Better Have My Money,” when she was just 17 and DM'd beats to Jay Z, which resulted in the song, "Crown." And she's just getting started. Born Ebony Oshunrinde in Missassagua, Toronto, Ontario, WondaGurl’s interests extend beyond hip hop. She’s well known for her modeling and design work, appearing in Barney’s fall collection 2018 and designing headphones for the Toronto Raptors. She supports her local creative community in a big way too, bringing up local artists through her own indie label and publishing company so they can continue Toronto’s tradition of dominating the rap game. While her interests are wide-ranging, WondaGurl remains a prolific producer having recently co-produced and co-written singles with Travis Scott, Lil Uzi Vert, Big Sean, Rich The Kid, Don Toliver, Tyga, Future, Eminem, Normani, Rihanna, 21 Savage, and Drake, to name a few. Being successful as a musician today means getting into more than the music itself. WondaGurl is a prime example of how to do just that while staying humble and inspired by both music and what lies just beyond. We hope you like her Splice pack.
