Next to the inspiring collection of MIDI files and Audio stems from the demo, this soundset contains 85 Presets for the all new Native Instruments Massive X synthesizer! Featuring a precise and powerful audio engine, with a huge palette of wavetables and shaping FX. Here at AZS we’ve made sure to explore this amazing engine while staying focused and true to modern dance sound. Above all, Thru-Zero explores a dark tech-trance atmosphere, treading the line between abstract and classic synth sounds from techno and trance genres.
85 sounds were selected out of weeks worth of sound design session, tweaked further and then compiled into this first volume of electronic dance music essentials. This bank aims to provide inspiration and fit into studio sessions with minimal tweaking. With careful settings of effects, mod wheel and performance controls, but they also provide great starting points for your own sound design.

Moreover, with the original Massive synthesizer has being the workhorse in modern EDM music production. Earl R. Johnson (Dazz Band), Robin Duhe (Frankie Beverly and Maze) and Walfredo Reyes Jr. (Santana, Chicago) combine their skills for a improvised jam fusing Jazz, Funk and Latin flavors at The Fortress, LA during a Converse Rubber Tracks pop-up session. The extended jam offers sections of breezy latin drum fills deep jazzy piano chords and heavy bass grooves.

Andreas Klein earned a bachelor of music degree from the Conservatory of Amsterdam and his master degree in music at New York University. Andreas Klein has performed on numerous festivals across Europe, such as the North Sea Jazz Festival. He has received several prizes at international jazz competitions, e.g. 1st price at "Amersfoort Jazz Talent Award" and has been awarded with a full scholarship from the DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) in 2010 and 2011. Andreas has performed drums with Jean-Michel Pilc, Gerard Presencer, John Clayton, Howard Brofsky, Susan Martin Weinert, Christof Thewes, Roland Gebhardt, Jimi Tenor, Jules Buckley, Wayne Krantz, and Joe Lovano.
