Royal Drops is an album of 15 sweet soul drum tracks, engineered and performed by Timmy Rickard. Royal Drops takes its reference from the music produced at Royal studio in Memphis during the 1970's. Home to legendary producer and founder of Hi Records, Willie Mitchell. The tracks are based upon recordings of Hi Record artists Al Green and Anne Peebles, with drummers Al Jackson JR and Howard Grimes providing their unmistakable grooves.

We at Drumdrops HQ have been long time fans of the hypnotic groove of Krautrock. When we met with legendary drummer and producer Ben Hillier a few months back to discuss this project we were all incredibly excited about bringing grooves inspired by legends such as Jaki Liebezeit and bands such as Can, Neu, Tangerine Dream and Faust to our catalogue. Cited and adapted by artists as diverse as Bowie, ENO, Q-Tip, The Horrors and the Foals the Motorik beat of Krautrock continues to inspire many years after 70s origins.

It's A Jazz Thing contains 41 jazz drum tracks exploring iconic grooves within jazz music. Tempos range from 60 bpm to 360 bpm. It encompasses basic swing patterns on both brushes and sticks at various tempos and covers a wide range of styles from early swing and big band drumming through Bebop, Cool Jazz, Hardbop, Latin Jazz and it's more contemporary applications.

Following on from our Beats and Breaks albums with Adam Betts, we're proud to present the next instalment in the series. With 19 tracks over tempos ranging rom 122-160bpm these organic grooves will give your tracks that energy and feel that just can't be achieved by programming.

Peruvian LA-based Music Producer "Sonnemm" has delivered one of the finest Sample Packs ever, with the very first Sound Pack inspired in Traditional Peruvian Chicha "Querer es poder" ("When there's a will, there's a way"). Chicha is a sub-genre from Cumbia defined by the powerful psychedelic experiences of the deep South American Amazon Jungle, where fused with the aggressive overdriven guitars from the Capital of Perú, Lima, created a non-precedent genre. Claps, Progressions, Huiros, Hi Hats, Guitars, Congas and Analog Synthesisers are just some of the elements provided here, specifically selected for the most vanguardist producers, in the search of the sound of the future.

Jazzfeezy and Pilzbury present the first instalment of their Sounds of Toronto Pop series. Toronto is the most multicultural city in the world and with such a melting pot of culture comes an eclectic blend of influences, inspirations and genres. Because of this unique cultural blend, creators from the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) are by nature chameleons working within, and mixing multiple genres simultaneously.
