Grindhouse is a collection of edgy, lo-fi, and retro-cool multi-sampled instruments with loads of character and a unique 1970s exploitation movie vibe. Our goal in creating Grindhouse was to produce a virtual instrument that had the same feel as those old exploitation films: a VI that is so bad, it’s good. This library is a collection of instruments that sound like they were sampled from old vinyl LPs and recorded off a bad copy of an obscure 1970s exploitation film.

Driven, saturated, synth heavy and teeming with inspired samples that are waiting to lift your productions to the next level. Created by our in house team, this incredible trap sample pack takes inspiration from artists such as Josh Pan, Krane, What So Not, Ekali and so much more.

New Loops ‘Percussion’ also includes 611 Drum Machine samples to cover all your modern electronic percussion sounds and has various toms, rims, cowbells and synth percussion, as well as classic sounds like 808 and 909 drums – all multi-sampled in various pitches and decay lengths.

This course will highlight aspects of Ableton Live that will help you develop a more efficient and productive workflow, as well as introduce some unique creative possibilities. This is the sequel to our popular Things Every Ableton Producer Should Know mini-course, so be sure to check that out if you have not already. The concepts and techniques covered in this course are important for any producer that values their time and efficient workflow, and will give you an edge as an Ableton producer by enabling you to work in your projects and execute your creative ideas much quicker.

Learn several useful tips that you may not be aware of. We will demonstrate how to not only name scenes, but also assign a tempo and time signature to individual scenes. Converting audio to MIDI will be demonstrated, which can be a useful tool when you're not able to translate a musical idea in your head (or contained in a sample). The concepts of grouping tracks and grouping devices (which creates a rack) will be covered in more detail, which will give you much more flexibility when dealing with multiple devices or tracks. Lastly, we'll cover slicing audio to MIDI and slicing with the Simpler instrument, which are two features that any Ableton user will be able to take advantage of. These hard-to-find skills will give you an edge as an Ableton producer.
